ABOUT ME

I am a versatile and technically minded Shooting Producer Director, Lighting Camera Operator and Edit Producer, with over 15 years experience in unscripted broadcast television and online content, specialising in observational documentary, specialist factual and factual entertainment.

I am a one woman band of writing, producing, directing, lighting, shooting, sound, and editing and no project is too big or too small.

I love exploring new visual techniques and using the latest camera equipment, getting into the best position to get the best shot, but story and content are at the heart of everything I film. I pride myself in building a strong relationship with anyone I film with, whether it’s high profile talent, vulnerable contributors, or weathered professionals.

Whether it’s embedded in some of most challenging environments in the world, or conducting a perfectly lit master interview, I like nothing more than discovering a never before told story or capturing a once in a lifetime moment.

I can work as a self-sufficient one person unit, using my own kit and editing my own rushes (using AVID, Premiere, and Blackbird), or I can direct any size of crew, conducting multi camera set ups on location or in a studio.
